Star Trek: Virtual Enterprise is a script-based continuation of Enterprise, which was cancelled by Paramount in 2005. We aim to continue the story of the first Starship Enterprise, and its crew as they play a vital role in the founding of the Federation, the cornerstone of Gene Rodenberry's fictional universe.
Wherever possible we try to adhere to industry standards, and to stay faith both to the continuity of Enterprise, and the wider Star Trek universe. We understand that those two have often contradicted each other, but we try to maintain a balance. What we try not to be is either 'fanboys/girls' using the Trek universe as their playground. We strive to stay loyal to the original ethos of Star Trek, and to tell the story that Enterprise was always meant to tell.
We are all volunteers, we are all fans, and we all have different ideas of what the show should be. We have tried though, to develop a collective creative vision. It hasn't always been easy, but in the end I believe that it will be worth it. We hope you do to.
